Who we are

epublica was founded in 2001 and is independently owner operated. The founders Heiner Jürgensen, Michael Otto, Norbert Schuler and Hanno Zulla are all Graduates in Computer Science. Hanno Zulla is a Certified Commercial Judge as an IT expert in the Hamburg District Court. The founders of epublica have worked for large clients in leading positions at various different Hamburg-based multimedia agencies since 1994 and have accumulated a broad range of software and project know-how. » References
